The meeting was called to order at 8pm by Craig Wettstein. All members of the board were present . The November 2025 meeting minutes were read by Kelli Peterson. The November meeting minutes were approved by Jaron Schlipf with a 2nd by Joel Ruthe. Craig provided the group the Treasurer’s report including a recent bill paid for the new snow plow for $ 25,530.00. The treasurer’s report was approved by Ronnie Cooper with a 2nd by Rich Kiefer. The Commissioner’s report was given by Dave Roth including an update on the old township shed possibly being demolished by the end of the week. Dave reported that the new snow plow was in the process of waiting for new wheels to get put on. The cemetery headstone repair was discussed and a bill from Pontiac Granite was sent around for review. The Township right-of-way and overweight ordinance was discussed and Gridley Township’s and another township’s ordinance presented by Dave Roth, were discussed. Board members asked for time to review the newly presented ordinance before making a decision. The Panther Grove windfarm project is working with Dave Roth to finalize the road use agreement. He reported that they are hoping to have it signed by the end of the week. Dave Roth reported to the group that the legal counsel working with him on the road use agreement has suggested setting up a separate checking account to place Panther Grove funds in the future. He also reported that it may be a good idea to consider a special meeting after the road use agreement is decided upon to meet with legal counsel and consider what else the township may need to put in place. The approval of payments were reviewed by all in attendance. A motion to approve the payments was given by Jaron Schlipf with a second by Rich Kiefer. Craig also discussed a potential need to amend the budget to include the demolition of the old shed cost. Ronnie updated the group on the website and plans to continue to research posting announcements and information for the public there including updates from the Panther Grove 2 project team. The floor was opened to public comments and there were none. The motion to adjourn the meeting at 921 was given by Joel Ruthe with a second by Jaron Schlipf.
